Amazing villa but few things to bare in mind

The villa and the residency is exactly what we wanted. Amazing villa with sea view. We had everything we needed equipped in the villa. The host was friendly with my parents.

- first thing was the security deposit: we were told that for certain countries we don’t accept card( only cash), which we didn’t know about before we get into the villa( not mentioned in the terms and conditions). We had to give 500€ from the money see more

We had to give 500€ from the money we exchanged for our own use which was not convient to us.
- The pool was not clean: we arrived at the villa, the pool was green in color, not clean at all. We informed our host wahren ( nice guy) he said he’ll send someone to clean it but it was weekend. We had to wait till the next day 4pm till we were able to use it. - cleaning: we stayed there for five days, the housekeeping never came. Wahren informed us that she will be coming in the third day of our stay. Weekend was also blamed. We never had any cleaning service. - the main master room on the first floor with balcony with sea view: there was a water leak in the bathroom. The water was all over the room, the smell of it wasn’t very pleasant. Everything that was in the floor got wet and smelly. We informed our host said he will pass have a look but never did.(weekend was blamed).Didn’t enjoy the room for the rest of my stay. - last small thing, nobody was there to welcome us when we arrived. The keys were left with security. We had to do our checking the next day( weekend was blamed). Ps: we did find nice mocktail prepared for us in the fridge which was very nice. Other then that everything was great, we enjoyed our stay. |
