Cap Ouest beachfront apartments are ideal for those dreaming of stepping out directly onto a sandy beach. Each apartment has either 2 or 3 bedrooms, and enjoys an idyllic view over the turquoise lagoon. The bedrooms together with the open plan living and outdoor terrace make for a pure beachfront living experience. As there are limited beachfront apartments we highly recommend that these are booked well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Stayed here last week. OMG! Can say enough about it The pictures are truly reflective of the property. We had 2 apartments for a family of 7. We rented 1 x 3 bedroom suite and 1 x 2 bedroom suite. The 3 bedroom apartment was on the 2nd floor and overlooked the pool and had a fantastic seaview from the balcony. The 2 bedroom was on the first level and was on the quiet side with a view of the ocean. Fantastic property and the rooms were clean and modern. this property is only about 1.5 years old. O'Brian, Property Manager met us was very friendly and helpful. We had the self-catering option. Wow, was it worth it. The chefs, Isabelle and Anise cooked anything requested. Their family used to own a restaurant so they really know how to cook! We ate a lot of local Creole food and thoroughly enjoyed it. I don't think you can go wrong with booking any of the apartments as they all appear to have a seaview. There was free wifi with good coverage. Beautiful property and would definitely stay here again. Several things that I would suggest for improvement is: 1) that they provide more than 1 key to the condos. It was very annoying as we had 2 couples staying at one condo and 3 adults in the other. So if we split up for the day, we had to make sure the party with the key arrived back first. Security won't hang on to the key either. 2) clean the black mold located in certain areas of the pool-yuck! 3) clean the beach front, in front of the hotel - It's likely public but would sure improve the ambience.
Stayed here in July 2015, the apartments are gorgeous. We had B1 which is a ground floor adjacent to the pool and about 50m from the beach with stunning views of the ocean and sunsets. We've been to Mauritius many times before and I have to say we really enjoyed the self catering option, being directly on the beach and having the freedom to eat when we liked, go shopping for our own healthier food etc. We used the gas BBQ on numerous occasions. The pools are beautiful too. I would recommend a half or full day private speed boat tour of the area which includes swimming with the dolphins - the highlight of our children's holiday - snorkeling around the turquoise lagoon by Le Morne and a visit to the crystal rock. My husband and son scuba dived with La Pirogue, which is located next door to the unit. The units are serviced 6 days a week. Beds were comfortable, I would have preferred smaller / softer pillows but got used to it after a few days. The showers are heaven. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
